MATEUSZ KARASIŃSKI
Mateusz is a big fan of cycling and herpetology (if you are uninitiated it means he loves all reptiles and amphibians especially snakes and lizards) and you can see a part of his collection at our head office in Krakow. In 1995 he was cycling in Africa to look for snakes. He did not find the snakes but he came back with a new passion – traveling. He would like to share his hobby with other people so he started up MK Tramping adventure travel agency. Since then he has been fulfilling his dreams: traveling, creating innovative itineraries and runs his company. Since 2005 Mateusz and his friend Martyna Wojciechowska set up Martyna Adventure to implement challenging projects of incentive tours. At present he is a chairman of Martyna Adventure management board. He spends free time shooting movies from  unpopular and remote places of the world, cycling, especially with his son Leon and wife Joanna.




ULA NAIRNE

Managing Director, UK branch

Ula is responsible for managing MK Tramping & Martyna Adventure, their activities and contacts with individual and corporate clients in the UK. With an MA degree in International Relations she is passionate about travelling, exploring the world and other cultures. So far she visited over 30 countries on 6 continents and is constantly planning trips to new destinations. 

She is a member of the Royal Geographical Society and the Brighton Explorers Club. She lives with her husband, Bruce, and her little son, Oscar, to whom she is quickly introducing the delights and challenges of travel and adventure.

MIRAWA PATYK

Awa graduated in Geography (Tourism and Accommodation Industry) from University in Lodz and Latin-American Studies from University in Warsaw. Because of her passion for travel, beside her own tours, sometimes she works as tour leader, especially to beloved Peru. At the office she is responsible for all tour leaders and she manages all the expeditions to Africa and Americas.
STAN SKOTNICKI
Responsible for coordinating MK Tramping groups in the Pacific Region as well as Martyna Adventure incentive groups and VIPs to the Americas, North Asia and Oceania

University of Economics in Krakow and Lyon graduate with a degree in Masters of International Relations. Active fan of marathons, beach volleyball, tennis and sking. Crazy fan of football and Cracovia FC. After spending a year traveling around the world his biggest passion becomes travels. His blog www.roundtheworld.blog.pl, where he places all his photos and the useful information how to travel, got the nomination for an „Blog of the year 2007” award. He now shares his trips and motto “The world is like a book and those who do not travel read only one page” with his wife Marysia and daughter Jagna.
MARGARET KOCANDA
Responsible for Asia, the Middle East and North Africa.

Margaret graduated in the Comparative Study of Civilizations and Tourism (both thesis about Ethiopia). She is a tour leader (especially to Ethiopia), Krakow city guide (www.malaika.pl), a rock climbing trainer (expedition to Himalayas in 2004), paragliding course, all-year cyclist, author of travel articles in Polish press. Beside Ethiopia she has visited India and Mongolia. Her hobby is travel, photography and of course Ethiopia.
AGNIESZKA WAGNER
Responsible for finances and administration

At the office she has merged her education and fondness for administration. As she is saying she loves paperwork, especially creating reports and calculation. She likes traveling and spending time in nature, especially on the beach by the sea.
JAGODA GLAZ
Responsible for managing of the secretariat.

She graduated in Tourism from the Academy of Physical Education. She loves sport (especially volleyball) and spending her free time in an active way. Every year she looks forward to the winter season and snowboarding. Besides she is trying her hand at tour leading.

BARBARA RADWAŃSKA

Spanish translator and expert in Hispanic culture and Latino cinema. With our office from the very begining. A friend of the sorcerers of La Paz and the Shuar tribe Indians of the Ecuadorian jungle. During her stay in Cuba she participated in santerii initiation which is a part of black slaves descendants religion. She spends every Christmas  in her beloved Argentina, where she almost has been "adapted" by a local family. For MK Tramping Basia leads the groups in America - from Mexico to Tierra del Fuego. As a valued specialist in areas of Latin America she has been noticed by the editors of the Lonely Planet. In her spare time she writes articles about travels for National Geographic Traveler.

A graduate of international relations, traveler, photographer. A connoisseur of Caribbean and African culture, a collector of ethnic field recordings. With passion for local people, their culture and traditions he travels to the "desert" part of Africa, but also feels good in Central America, Amazonia and the distant Asia. He has won many photographic contests organized by National Geogrpahic.
OLGA RUEBENBAUER

Graduate in organizing tourist services in Maritime Academy, Gdynia. Her greatest passion is active tourism, especially rock climbing and mountaineering. Inspired by mountains all his live. He climbs Tatras in the winter and glaciers of Iceland. Together with Leszek Cichy and Marek Kaminski he took part in HiFlyer Polar Ice Expedition 2008 - the first Polish expedition to the highest mountain in the Arctic - Gunnbjrons Fjeld 3694 m. His passion is photography (publications such as Mens Health, Inventory Travelers, Globetrotter, NPM, Pascal). Also known as a co-founder of 'Globetrotter' magazine.

She did a degree in art Fine Arts in Krakow, 3 years spent in a Zen Buddhist monastery. She has been traveling and climbing in high mountains for many years. In the future, she wants to open a restaurant in Mumbay with her signature cuisine.
